Key Responsibilities: - Customer installation, configuration and operational support; - Working with development team on complex issues/ escalations The Candidate: - You will be a bright, focused hard-working and productive individual with good communication skills looking to further your career as a Technical Support Engineer/ Product Specialist; - Previous commercial experience of supporting Windows based software products; - You will have a working knowledge of Windows Servers and Active Directory; - You will be keen to advance your skills and be using technologies such as Windows Servers, Hyper V, VMWare, IIS, SQL, SharePoint and Exchange; - You will be confident, persistent, be used to dealing with customers over the phone as well as in person; - You have a real passion for technology and learning.
