As part of significant expansion for 2009 they are seeking to recruit an IT Support Engineer to be based in their Central London offices. Your role will be to support the internal users with IT queries, monitor and maintain the internal systems, and assist with the continual improvement and development of the IT support function. Your IT understanding and work experience will have given you an understanding of troubleshooting Windows systems, OS and Email configuration, and networking principles and technologies. You will be comfortable working with a range of different hardware types and ideally the assembly and upgrade of desktop PCs. You will need to be enthusiastic and ready to learn from an experienced team around you. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, as you will be providing first calls internal customer service to IT users.
