Our client based in central Windsor is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join their IT department. This position will involve prioritising, documenting and actively resolving end user requests which are received via the Helpdesk system and telephone, as well as providing individual hands-on help at the desktop level. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth running computer operation for the end user and will ideally possess knowledge of basic computer hardware, have experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and the ability to provide application support with Microsoft products. The ideal candidate will have good written and oral communication skills and work well on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
