IT Help Desk - Call Handler working in a small team within the IT Support group. This is a full-time role in Bracknell town centre, parking provided. The role will be a temporary on-going position. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and attention to detail. The calls need to be qualified accurately and then passed to first line support for resolution, with attention to customer Service Level Agreements, to ensure these are not breached.
