Our client, a successful technical I.T reseller, is recruiting for two Internal Sales Executives to join their small expanding company on a permanent basis. They are seeking a hard working sales professional with a proven track record in the IT Hardware industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, business development or telemarketing. As you would be working for a small team, the successful candidate must be proactive and self-sufficient, with the willingness to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. The company work on behalf of some large, highly reputed blue chip clients; selling their solutions to small to medium sized enterprises across the UK marketplace. The Internal Sales position will include generating new business through both cold and warm lead generation, client relationship building and reactive selling. Experience of cold calling is essential for this position, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a good knowledge and understanding of technical IT hardware programmes, be fully competent on Microsoft Word and Excel and have some experience using CRM systems. Full direct accredited training will be given, and there is a quarterly bonus structure in place based on company performance.
