The Opportunity As the Inside Sales Support for this busy office, you will have responsibility for processing and monitoring orders from initial query through to delivery. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working in a busy environment covering a mix of administration, customer services and dealing with clients. Key Responsibilities Processing and monitoring orders from initial enquiry through to delivery Adhering to customer needs over a trade counter Dealing with incoming calls and queries Assisting in purchasing by liaising with suppliers Candidate Profile You will have demonstrable commercial experience across sales order processing, customer service and administration. Strong IT and communication skills are a must for this role as well as experience working in a service centre or industrial/facilities department.
