Our client, based in Windsor is looking for an Internal Resourcer to join their team. Working in modern offices in the centre of the town you will provide recruitment and resourcing support to all areas of the business. The successful candidate’s tasks will include, but will not be limited to the following: •Advertising vacancies on the company website and other internet job boards •Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including online job board searches, social media, referral and networking etc. •Acting as a the main point of contact for recruitment agencies •Arranging interviews with shortlisted candidates and co-ordinating interview feedback •Ensuring employment contracts are prepared, signed and returned In addition the appointed Internal Resourcer will support the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects and administration. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a fast paced working environment, ideally from within an In house recruitment environment. You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
