Key responsibilities:
- You will support and develop the customer on the journey from initial engagement through to completion
- Engage with and nurture client relationships through regular interaction including events and other customer focused activity
- Cross and upsell within existing clients
- Manage the renewals process
What you need to apply:
- Strong inside sales/internal account management experience within cloud solutions, Microsoft technology or digital transformation software
- Strong communication skills
- Client development and management skills
- Confident work
- Team management experience
