This is an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Customer Service Advisor to join an established credit hire association based in Uxbridge.
As an Insurance Customer Service Advisor, you will be assessing claims received from customers and managing the process by liaising with third party insurers to ensure claims are valid.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess claims and handle enquiries from customers regarding their insurance whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels
- Negotiate with third party insurers when required
- Follow up claims process to ensure losses are mitigated
- Ensure guidelines established with the insurers are adhered to and hire charges are paid
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role particularly within the credit hire/motor insurance industry
- Strong customer service background with excellent telephone manner
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
