Insurance Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Consultant to join one of the largest insurance groups in the country at one of their branches in Ruislip.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service to clients by managing their requests over insurance policies whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients over requests relating to their insurance policies
• Arrange insurance cover as agreed with client and process details
• Develop relationships with clients, advising them on how to obtain the best cover
• Follow branch procedures, legal and regulatory frameworks at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service background with excellent telephone manner
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
