Day to day responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing clients and partner with an Account Specialist
- Closing deals up to $100K to support regional team
- Follow up marketing leads to win new clients
- Sell product upgrades, cross-selling, up-selling
- Extensive client interaction, providing customer support around quotations, order details, professional services requests and maintaining high levels of customer success
- Working closely with Account Executive to ensure retention and clients satisfaction
What you need to apply
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales function within the computer software sector
- Strong sales and deals support experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Multitasking capability essential – you will liaise with different departments: legal, finance, commercial, quality
- Knowledge of IT and Technology sector
