Are you either an experience sales person used to office based, outbound calling? Or are you a budding sales person looking to get your first break? Our client a leading organisation near Reading and Newbury are currently seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their friendly and international sales team. In this role you will be responsible for making outbound calls prospecting for new business, establishing new relationships with resellers and account managing existing dealers and resellers based in the UK. This position will require excellent communication and telephone skills as well as being confident to assist with face to face sales from time to time. There is a mixture of some cold calling of brand new companies and a lot of warmer calling of existing companies on the portfolio. Processing orders will also fall under your responsibility and you will help to resolve any customer account or delivery issues. To be considered for this role you must have an excellent grasp of the English language and be personable and conversant. The ideal candidate will have previous telesales or sales experience with strong market research skills and the ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel, Web Browsers and use of a CRM.
