Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Slough, is recruiting for an inbound sales representative to join their team on a permanent basis. Working as part of the Telemarketing Support Team, you will be responsible for receiving and coordinating all inbound calls, faxes, voice messages and direct mail, as well as processing orders and entering onto Excel based spreadsheets. You will be required to provide excellent customer service at all times, as well as working to meet all sales, margin, customer management and team performance targets. You will require the ability to work in a team; however this role entails a large use of your own initiative. You will be required to monitor your own performance and will be largely responsible for managing your own time. The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a target driven environment, as well as analytical experience with the ability to produce reports and data.
