Our client, an international provider of specialised financial services solutions with Berkshire headquarters, is looking to recruit a new Inbound Sales Account Executive. Working as the first point of contact for prospective private clients you will be mainly working on the telephone, but will also be meeting clients in the office and out at exhibitions around the country. Developing relationships with the new clients, you will be carrying out fact-finding interviews to allow you to find the best solution for the clients needs. As you will be explaining all the services offered to the various clients you will need to fully understand them yourself, this will also give you the opportunity to cross sell. You will liaise with colleagues in other departments on a regular basis, as you organise opening accounts and handovers to dealing teams, so inter-personal communication skills will be of benefit. The ideal candidate will be degree level educated or equivalent, with experience of working in a call centre or telemarketing type role. Strong numerical skills and basic computer skills are essential, as you will be using both constantly as you deal with clients.
