Our client is looking to recruit an ICT Support Technician to work in their Berkshire offices. Assisting the ICT Manager you will be setting up any new equipment to the company requirements, managing the day to day maintenance of the anti-virus systems and working with 3rd party technical support to ensure all systems run as expected. You will answer calls to the ICT help desk and make sure that all paperwork is completed correctly, inspecting faulty equipment and ordering parts as required. In the Manager’s absence the technician will be responsible for running server backups, investigating any problems and generally ensuring that the department runs smoothly.
