We are looking for a robust and driven HR professional to take over as the standalone HR & Talent Manager for a growing consumer goods company based in Goring.
We are looking for someone with a strong character and ability to impact change, through effective communication and understanding of the business & line manager requirements.
This is a relatively new role for the company and whilst the HR function is established, there are plenty of areas that can still be developed and implemented, so is ideal for someone keen to drive improvement.
Owing to the size and nature of the business, it would suit someone who has worked in a small-medium business before, without expectation of advanced systems and policies. This is a hands on role and we want an individual who will get stuck in.
Owing to the size of the business, you will largely be required to be in the office (although hours in the office can be discussed).
It would suit either a seasoned HR professional looking to get back to the close-knit feel of an SME, or someone with CIPD qualifications looking to make a break into a pure HR role.
