We are looking to identify a standalone French Human Resources (HR) & Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager for a dynamic, high-growth startup. Head count in UK currently stands at 45 with growth plans up to 75 inside the next 12 months. For someone who has a passion for seeing a business grow and who can come in an make a tremendous impact, this will be a superb role to consider.

As the French HR & Talent Manager, you will responsible for ensuring the steady recruitment for the company during a period of growth, as well as dealing with day to day HR issues and improving policies. You will be open minded, independent and happy to work alone as well as in a team environment.
The company is looking for someone who is CIPD qualified or equivalent, with a good knowledge of UK employment law and experience in recruitment. Ideally looking for business fluency in French & English.
