To work within the HR team to provide a 'one stop shop' for HR recruitment, strong 360 recruitment skills required including interviewing holding assessment centres. This is a full time role and will require the candidate to travel to Trust sites to support recruitment activities. The trust is a new division within the public sector, providing support and social care services for children, young people and families in Slough. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements specific to the sector and in particular for social care and support environments. Also, to maintain good relationships with employment agencies, including a preferred supplier list and following tender processes. You must also have the ability to write advertisements, job descriptions to support recruitment campaigns.
