Are you looking to make your first move into HR or to simply further your HR career? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a native level/fluent German HR Coordinator to join an international Fortune 500 company in their EMEA HR Shared Service team.
The HR Coordinator will manage the HR shared service inbox with all inbound queries from across your territory on all HR related matters, such as benefits, payroll, HR policies etc. from both employees and managers. Alongside this you will also have the opportunity for project work and to broaden your skills and expertise.
Ideally you will have some experience in HR, however the level of language and character are of far more importance! You will have some administrative experience and a strong desire to develop a career in Human Resources. You will be working with senior stake holders so will you will happy and confident communicating with people at all levels. You will have a can-do attitude and the desire to learn new systems. Ideally you will have experience using SAP HR, however this is not a deal breaker.
