Our client, a major corporate responsible for many of the UK's favourite brands is currently looking to reinforce their organisation with the hire of a strategic HR Business Partner. Working with multiple stakeholders across a major business unit, the successful applicant will be tasked with setting the HR strategy and ensuring that the HR function adds value to the business as a whole. Working towards a three year plan, the core areas of focus that the HR Business Partner will work towards include: · Organisation Development · Organisation Capability · Rewards & incentives · Employee Relations · HR Functional Transformation & HR Service Delivery · Business in the Community The ideal candidate will have worked for corporate FMCG provider or within a style manufacturing organisation. You will ideally have had significant exposure to working with unions including chairing meetings relating to pay and contract negotiation. With a proven track record of HR management, you will possess a clear, confident and persuasive character who will be able to advise at all levels of a business. This role involves direct management of three staff and you will ideally be CIPD qualified (or are working towards this qualification).
