Offered on an initial 3 month, temporary contract, we are ideally looking for a multilingual HR professional with several years' experience (whether that be in the UK or another country), with strong communication and stakeholder management.
As part of a close knit EMEA HR team, you will be an HR Assistant looking for a contract role whilst wanting to work in a fast paced and proactive environment, focused on providing support to the European HR team working across all HR documentation, onboarding and projects.
Working across multiple European countries whilst based from the UK, you will have the opportunity to build on your HR experience whilst at the same time contributing your knowledge and expertise in a cross functional and collaborative team.
- Provide HR support on an EMEA wide basis
- Onboarding documents, contracts and rewards
- HR data input and database management
- HR projects
- HR administration
- EMEA HR experience
- CIPD qualification
- HRIS systems knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and self starter manner
- Experience working within the technology/IT sector
You will be able to work from home remotely for the duration of the initial 3 month contract, but would need to be either within commutable distance of Frimley or willing to relocate should it go longer-term.
