A world class business, our client based near to Reading is looking for an HR & Office Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a key member of the team, you will be supporting all administrative aspects of Recruitment, HR and general office duties for a close knit and motivated business who are having excellent growth plans.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee HR software system updating employee information (including new joiners and recruitment candidates) as well as train new staff on how to use the software
  • Office support, facilities coordination and supplies ordering as well as liaising with visitors to the office 
  • Review job applications and send CVs and Cover Letters to HR Director for review
  • Set up candidate interviews and inductions and draft offer letters and contracts
  • Post vacancies on website and company’s LinkedIn page
  • Handle all inbound communications
  • Oversee travel and accommodation for employers
  • Taking on ad-hoc responsibilities as required


  • Previous office administration experience with ideally a background (or interest) in HR
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Proactive individual with excellent organisation skills and able to use own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
