The Opportunity Focusing on providing overall HR support to the business, your responsibilities will range from implementing policies and procedures to managing grievances. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing all personnel records, administering all company benefits, sourcing and organising training, and managing all company recruitment. You will serve as the main source of feedback where necessary, and also be the “go to” for support and guidance. Key Responsibilities • Development and implementation of internal policies • Organising training • Recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, and inducting) • Maintain and develop personnel records The Candidate With solid HR experience, you must be CIPD qualified for your application to be successful. You will be confident in providing recruitment support, managerial support, and be able to conduct surveys as necessary. It is key for this role that you have assured communication skills and be practiced in conflict management. As HR is quite often the centre of difficult situations, you must be able to handle those as they arise.
