Our client, an organisation within the travel sector based near Aldermaston, is currently seeking an HR Assistant on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be providing full administrative support to the HR team with exposure to the following areas: - Recruitment coordination and employment contracts - HR policy & procedure management - Grievance and disciplinary processes - Sickness/absence and holiday records - General HR administration - Calculation of commissions - Dealing with preparation of payroll The ideal candidate for this role will be a professional individual who can handle confidential material and deal with sensitive situations with discretion. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have a proactive approach to your work. Sound IT skills are essential for this role.
