A world-leading, IT software solutions provider require an HR Administrator/Co-ordinator for an initial 3 month temporary contract.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing the needs of the TA and HR team providing support in all areas of HR, whilst they are finalising the implementation of the new HCM suite, SAP SuccessFactors.
This role is also pivotal in helping the Company become a great place to work by managing candidate care charters, Management Information and rolling out best practice and efficiencies from an operational perspective. This position is also integral in setting up the function and assisting in building out systems, processes and policies to build a world class recruitment function.
We are ideally looking for someone to join as soon as possible for handover. It will be initially for 3 months on a temporary basis, with possible potential for permanent contract beyond.
Regardless of the duration, it is a good chance to build some great business relationships, as you never know who you'll cross again or what other opportunities may arise in the future!
