Job responsibilities:

  • Recruitment administration, liaising with Line Managers, uploading cvs on to the HR portal
  • Arranging interviews 
  • Preparing contracts and onboarding packs for new starters
  • Managing the HR database and HR reports
  • Raising brand awareness through social media

What you need to apply: 

  • A proactive and enthusiastic manner with a passion for HR, recruitment and providing the best HR service to your teams
  • Recruitment and resourcing administration experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment 
  • Capability to manage a varied and fluid workload
  • Candidate coordination
  • Good IT and HR systems skills
