This Trust provides a social care service for young people and families and are seeking an HR Administrator, to advise and lead on employee relations case work including grievance, disciplinary and sickness absence. You will be working within the HR team, providing administrative support to the Training Officer and also be required to travel to other sites to support recruitment activities, such as screening DBS application forms.
