Urgent requirement for an HR Administrator within a global organisation. This role is likely to be required for a period of 3-6 months (with the possibility of a temp-to-perm contract) and will be focused primarily around HR administration tasks including drafting employment contracts and assisting with EMEA based onboarding activities. You will possess exemplary communication skills and will take a process driven approach to any duty that you are tasked with. With a keen eye for detail, you will single-mindedly handle a heavy administrative workload for the given period of time. Skills with Word and Excel (minimum of intermediate level) are also essential. Exposure to Taleo would be highly advantageous as well. Ideally you will have had previous HR experience and exposure to the administration of employment contracts. This role is to start at the beginning of May so applicants do need to be readily available and prepared to commit for the stated period. Based in Maidenhead, this role is commutable from locations such as Windsor, Slough, Reading, Bracknell and Staines.
