Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with queries from staff
  • Processing HR paperwork and keeping internal HR systems up to date and accurate
  • Dealing with payroll queries in regards to holiday pay and benefits
  • Supporting the HR team with paperwork
  • Being the first point of contact and representing HR to the wider business

 

What you need to apply:

  • A self starter who thrives in a problem solving environment 
  • A confident communicator and someone who actively engages with colleagues to get results and has a helpful and empathetic manner
  • Previous administration experience ideally within an HR environment
  • Knowledge of finance processes especially payroll is highly advantageous 
  • Attention to detail is essential
