A global biotechnology company who are a market leader in their therapeutic area are looking for a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Director to join their team in London.

Working across all therapy areas, this is an exciting time to join them and really add value to the business.  A world renowned organisation, with a strong patient first mentality, you will be part of an international HEOR team with a growing presence in the business.

A key member of the team, you will contribute to the growth of the Health Economics and Outcomes Research as this international organisation further develops their impressive pipeline of future products.

You will be working cross functionally with multiple international teams and leading the evidence generation execution and strategy centred around observational retrospective research in line with global research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee global evidence generation strategies and plans as well as ensure these are in line with local evidence
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and lead the clear communication of observational research to local teams
  • Act as subject matter expert in RWE across the international organisation
  • Ensure study designs and execution are in compliance with local requirements and regulations

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in an analytical field such as health economics, biostatics or data science
  • Proven background in Health Economics and Outcomes Research particularly in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent understanding of international HEOR/payer including HTA requirements
  • Strong experience in RWE generation and implementation
  • Great numerical skills with experience of leading on health economics modelling
  • Track record of building and maintaining key relationships with industry experts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
