Working within one of the leading pharmaceutical giants, you will take a senior position in one of their integral teams. Prepared to mentor and manage your team, you will take on the responsibilities of developing comprehensive strategies for the business as it goes forward with large projects. Working cross-department, you will lead the development of comprehensive product value and health economic arguments to support recommendation and funding and tenders. Your team will be working to develop a thorough analysis of the environmental impacts and monitor the implementation of key projects. Ensuring that your team and co-workers are conforming to ABPI code, you will be looking for a role where your day-to-day activities will have an impact across the business Key responsibilities for this role will include: • Contribution to comprehensive strategies focused on achieving recommendation and funding, and winning national tenders • Evaluate and recommend strategies for data collection to support value arguments • Identify key value drivers for national and local stakeholders • Provide definition and guidance for training in your own team along with training in other teams You will be experienced in ABPI and have previous experience of working within a pharmaceutical environment in a managerial capacity or similar level. It is essential that your previous experience is focused on the development of technical and practical strategies, and that you have previously supported recommendation and funding processes. With excellent knowledge of the current market, you will be able to get started in a new role quickly and be prepared to take on a team as a new leader.
