The Opportunity Taking on the responsibility of training and on-going staff development of a growing professional services company, you will implement and maintain a training and development cycle to further develop the business strategy. While working with new recruits you will provide plans for consistent training and feedback, and will develop plans to further enhance skills possessed by the current members of staff. Heavily involved with monitoring complaints and customer feedback, you will be able to quickly produce schemes that will address those issues. You will be familiar with creating plans that meet the needs of individuals and will avoid plans which are “one-size-fits-all”. You will be developing the image of the business and will need to be responsive and efficient. Key Responsibilities • Developing skills of current staff • New staff entry training plans • Enhancement of client service and service quality • Attending client meetings to take on feedback and implementing efficiency and quality enhancing programs based on the feedback The Candidate Invested in the creation of quality, you will be a motivated and astute individual with an excellent understanding of effective training procedures. You will confident working with clients to enhance performance, and keenly aware of the overall company direction. With excellent presentation and time management skills, you will be able to work across the variety of operational hours to suit the needs of the company. A strong team player, you will be confident in challenging the status quo when needed to improve the quality of the company.
