A fast growing and innovative marketing agency with global reach, my client is recruiting for a Head of HR to report into the Managing Director of the Group working as part of the Senior Management team. The key focus of this role will be to set HR strategy across international operations and to be responsible for the full remit of HR including, operational HR, policy and processes, reward and recognition, workforce planning, resourcing, recruiting and organizational development. Key Responsibilities include: - Creation, deployment and maintenance of HR strategy - Implementation of change programmes - Creation of a high performance culture The successful candiate for this role will be able to develop an HR strategy that will help drive the commercial success of the business and will have a proven track record in HR strategy, organizational development and processes and procedures. Experience in M&A and TUPE is advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a challenging and busy environment.
