Key responsibilities:

  • General knowledge about inserting data into CRM system; maintaining data base
  • Answering medical enquiries through medical information line
  • Writing the reports as a result of medical information enquiry
  • Helping Pharmacovigilance Department and their Administration in ICSR documentation
  • Maintaining and keeping organised the client’s documentation
  • Making sure that all clinical paperwork supporting claims are kept up to date
  • Checking if all the product documentation is up to date and ease to access for use as a part of the Medical Information service provision
  • Supporting Quality Assurance team and Pharmacovigilance department with the Medical information and quality checks
