Key responsibilities:
- General knowledge about inserting data into CRM system; maintaining data base
- Answering medical enquiries through medical information line
- Writing the reports as a result of medical information enquiry
- Helping Pharmacovigilance Department and their Administration in ICSR documentation
- Maintaining and keeping organised the client’s documentation
- Making sure that all clinical paperwork supporting claims are kept up to date
- Checking if all the product documentation is up to date and ease to access for use as a part of the Medical Information service provision
- Supporting Quality Assurance team and Pharmacovigilance department with the Medical information and quality checks
