This is an exciting opportunity for a Global Tender Manager to join a leading UK supply chain and logistics company based in Gerrards Cross.

With a strong understanding of supply chain and freight management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire global tender process effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global tender processes (including multiple bids at any one time) in order to obtain highest quality, service and profitability for the organisation
  • Coordinate operations, financial, legal and commercial requirements and adjust these to frameworks given by the customers
  • Generate proposal responses from various stakeholders and ensure these follow company quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Global Tender management processes and liaise with sales, product teams and stakeholders


  • Previous experience in a tender management particularly within a supply chain/freight forwarder setting
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and build strong working relationships with clients
  • Strong MS Office and time management skills
  • Proactive individual with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
