As Global Marketing Director working on a 3 day per week basis for this fast growing technology services business who specialise in the agile delivery of enterprise iBPM within the digital integration space, you will be looking for a challenging role where you can define the marketing strategy. Focusing on generating good MQLs, you will take ownership of global marketing strategy with a focus on delivering demand generation through a multichannel approach.  This is a strategy and execution ideal for someone who is happy to act at multitude levels – creating strategy, managing a small team and happy to be hands on in conducting copy writing activity. The success of this role is measurable against opportunity and pipeline targets.

With a solid background Solid background in driving MQLs, SQLs and inbound RFIs and RFPs, you will know what it takes to build brand awareness and develop pipeline within the enterprise technology sector. This is an opportunity where you will make a difference and be at the centre of driving marketing excellence on a company wide basis.

Key priorities in the role:

  • Driving demand generation campaigns, generating high quality MQLs and delivering a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Focus on branding within the US and EMEA markets
  • Build impactful strategy around client and partner engagement events and work with Sales and Customer Success to execute
  • Developing the remote team and creating a centre of excellence

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of what is involved in building brand awareness and develop pipeline in EMEA and NA for a technology services Experience in the enterprise technology sector, ideally within software or services and will have worked in a global capacity
  • Self-managing and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Extensive industry experience
  • An extensive marketing background and broad experience in B2B planning and execution
  • Ability to develop and maintain high level relations internally and within the partner ecosystem
  • Manage marketing materials for key partners in a scalable and timely manner
  • Willingness to be hands on – including copy writing

Travel Requirements:

Approx. 1-2 times per quarter (predominantly to India and NA)
