A rapidly growing, disruptive cloud software vendor are now recruiting for a Global Head of Sales Development to come in and take control of the SD function across both the UK and the US. They are looking for somebody very hands on, who has the experience and ability to build, grow and develop an SD function from the ground, starting small and turning into a highly successful team.

They need somebody who can implement a successful sales strategy, as well as giving lots of time and attention to manage, coach, train and develop individual direct graduate SDR reports.
