Global Diversity & Inclusion Programmes Analyst

A global biopharmaceutical business, this internationally renowned organisation with a strong sense of company culture and motivation is currently looking for a Global Diversity & Inclusion Programmes Analyst to join their team near Uxbridge.

You will be playing a key role in the development and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion programs and strategies on a global level. As Programme Analyst, you will be building and contributing to the enhancement of our client’s global vision and further deepening their commitment and engagement with their employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Diversity & Inclusion programs, training sessions and strategies in line with company culture
• Prepare annual Diversity & Inclusion projects and liaise with stakeholders to ensure these are on track with company goals
• Coordinate Diversity & Inclusion communication resources, meetings and research content for learning materials
• Analyse diversity data reports, key metrics and goals for the business and make recommendations

Requirements

• Strong experience in Diversity & Inclusion/Human Resources particularly in a multicultural pharmaceutical setting
• Keen interest in diversity and workplace culture
• Excellent program management skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday
• Analytical individual with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
