The Global Customer Care Professional will be responsible for taking first-line support calls from customers, partners, subcontractors and engineers. speaking French plus either Spanish or German You will be responsible for entering information into the call management database, monitoring the call status (making outbound calls) and where necessary escalating the call to the next appropriate level of management and support. Duties will include:- - Entitlement checking to ensure that a valid contract exists. - Assigning the appropriate geographical resource to take ownership of the case. - Case Management throughout to ensure a smooth resolution to case. - Ensuring that all notifications and technical escalations are met according to the accepted business good practice. This is a very varied and dynamic global role and we welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional career minded approach.
