Our client a global leader in electronics and IT hardware require a multilingual Customer Care Executive to work in their Berkshire based offices. This is a maternity cover contract, which is anticipated to last for 12 months. The ideal candidate must speak fluent English Spanish and French, and have previous experience in a phone-based customer service role. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for taking first-line support calls from customers, partners, subcontractors and engineers. Working as part of a team you will be managing calls, producing reports and a variety of administrative duties. Candidates MUST have fluent English, Spanish and French; fluency in German or other European languages would also be a big benefit although not essential. Due to location candidates must have their own transport.
