German Speaking Talent Acquisition Advisor

Our client, an industry-leading service provider is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor with fluent German language skills to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be supporting the wider HR team with the full 360 talent lifecycle management across the German and Austrian markets.

The successful Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for a range of activities including:

• Developing recruitment strategies across Germany and Austria in line with company goals
• Liaising with hiring managers/stakeholders across the business on their recruitment requirements
• Creating engaging job adverts to attract the right candidates
• Sourcing candidates through various job boards as well as LinkedIn
• Assisting with HR administration tasks when necessary, including organising interviews, issuing contracts and reference checking
• Analysing data metrics to assist with talent mapping/planning

The ideal candidate will be an experienced 360 recruiter with strong sourcing knowledge (particularly LinkedIn) from ideally an in-house recruitment setting. In addition, you will possess fluent language skills in German and English as well as be a great team player.
