German Speaking Call Centre Agent – Inbound Calls

A well established travel company are currently looking for a German Speaking Call Centre Agent – Inbound Calls to join their team in Uxbridge. Due to the nature of the business, weekend shifts will be required so you must be flexible and reliable particularly around busy periods.

The successful candidate will have excellent telephone manner and you will enjoy dealing with customers on the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing all customer and travel agents’ enquiries through the telephone in line with company procedures
• Offering and upselling products to clients to generate revenue
• Supporting customers with bookings, purchase of additional services and other special requests
• Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken) is essential
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
