Our client, a global leader in the food industry, is looking for a temporary Logistics Coordinator with fluent German and English, and ideally French, to work in their Berkshire office. You will be processing orders from initial contact right through to following up on the delivery. Working with a variety of different products you will be advising customers and taking their orders. Coordinating with the head office in America, you will assist in arranging transportation of shipments across Europe. Liaising with both the internal sales team and external parties, such as customs departments, you will put your communication skills to good use. Good IT skills are required to ensure all orders are processed correctly and ensuring that shipping documents are completed accurately. You will also be responsible for some small accounts tasks. Organisation is a key requisite, as you will have strict paperwork regulations to meet at various stages of the order process.
