Our client, an industry leader within their field is currently seeking a German Credit Controller to work from their UK headquarters near Frimley. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of credit setting and collection of EMEA receivables across a number of European entities. As EMEA Credit Controller your duties will include but not be limited to; EMEA cash collections and cash allocations including European ledgers, working with departments such as Customer Service, Sales and Fulfillment to ensure timely resolution of disputed items and secure payment of outstanding invoices, issuing of statements, setting up customer accounts, D&B credit checks and recommending credit limits. You will be supporting all other collectors and the department as required from time to time and any other ad hoc projects. To be considered for this role you must have experience of working in a busy EMEA Shared Services accounting department alongside experience of multi currency cash/ invoice transactions and processing. Oracle experience is mandatory. You must be a pro active individual with excellent attention to detail who is able to work and communicate with other members of the accounting team. You must be a Native German or be able to speak and write to a mother tongue level. To have an ICM certificate is desirable but not essential.
