We are recruiting for native or fluent/C2 speakers of German Customer Service/Player Support for video gamers.
You will be joining an incredibly multilingual team of enthusiastic gamers, working through in-game live-chat to support players with any bugs, glitches, abuse or general issues, working then with the internal tech team to resolve them.
Offered on an initial 3 month contract, there is chance of extension or internal moves to other departments, but is primarily suitable for those out of work and immediately available.
Working hours are 09h-18h, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week).
This role is remote, provided you are based in the UK.
