This is a fabulous opportunity for a native level German speaker with fluent English to use your passion for online gaming and sports. You will work within the international customer service team, liaising directly with leading clients and VIPs. You will be working for for a top five European online gaming company, who currently have seven internationally famous brands on the market. Key responsibilities: - Working directly with players, remaining in constant communication via telephone and email - Optimising such communications within the customer service sport- booking, gaming and casino teams - Building and maintaining professional relationships with key clients, ensuring maximum client retention - Pursue inactive players to generate new opportunities - Create player profiles and avenues, analysis their game-play to optimise logistical activities - Report on key clients performance Desirable skills: - Native level German language skills - Keen interested in the online gaming and casino industry - Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in German and English - Adequate customer service experience, working with key clients - High attention to detail and professional attitude To apply for this position or to find out further information, please submit your CV via this website today.
