The Opportunity Using your English and German skills, you will take on managing the entire sales cycle for individual territories and for customer type. You will be identifying customer software licensing needs to close, quote issuing for new sales and renewals, and ensuring all pre-sales and post-sales support is efficient and consistent. While liaising with tech support for any issues reported by the customers, you’ll also be reporting and analysing customer feedback and issues. Key Responsibilities • Sales order processing and order fulfilment • Assisting customer in product search • New Business expansion • Providing customer support and problem resolution The Candidate Completely fluent in German and English, you will have had previous experience in a similar role. A background in IT clients will be advantageous to your success in this role, along with keen negotiating skills and an organisational manner. Self-motivated and resourceful, you will work to build the team and create success.
