My client based within the e-commerce sector is recruiting for a German speaker ideally with French to join an existing customer services team. Operating out of their site in Wallingford (Oxfordshire), this Customer Services Administrator role focuses on the processing of orders and dealing with customer queries. Key responsibilities: - Answering inbound customer queries from the German and French markets - Managing some UK customer services queries - Adhoc translation of email templates - General office administration - Adhoc shipping administration The successful candidate for this role will be a German native level speaker with solid customer services experience. You will ideally speak fluent German, French and English. You will have excellent writing and IT skills. This role can offer flexible working hours and would suit someone looking to work between 30-40 hours per week. This role is easily commutable by car from Reading, Henley-on-Thames, Wallingford, Twyford and Oxford. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, flexible in approach and attitude, work well under pressure and with constantly changing priorities. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a dynamic personality.
