An experienced sales manager, you will be a proactive and motivating member of the team. Passionate about the business, you will be able to demonstrate your previous successes in retail sales areas. Taking a hands-on approach to managing your staff members you will proactively focus on training and developing your staff to ensure the store is making target. This role offers a basic salary of £20,000 per annum with an OTE circa £40k+. Key responsibilities for this role will include: • Providing customer support • Meeting KPIs (individual and team) • Training and coaching team members • Supervising the running of the store You will be a proactive and ideas-driven person with a passion for sales. A proven leader and sales person, you will looking to take on a leadership position within a growing business. You will work 40 hours per week covering 5 of the 7 days which will include weekends and holidays based on rota schedule. You will need to be very self-motivated in this role to reach the full potential. A family-run business, established in the southwest of England over 35 years ago, this business sources a variety of furnishings with a specific focus on finding unique designs and collections to bring to their shops.
