The Opportunity Working as a Gallery Consultant (you will work Saturdays and Sundays with days off during the week) for an established Art business you will have the opportunity to represent Modern Artists and sell contemporary art work to existing and new clients. This role will enable you to work in an dual role generating sales and managing the transfer of artwork from the gallery to the client's home. Key Responsibilities - Selling contemporary art through gallery sales, viewings and exhibitions - Managing a core group of clients and keeping them up to date with current work - Managing the operations and logistics side to transferring artwork from gallery to client's home Candidate Profile The successful candidate for this role will have a proven background in a sales focused role where you will have sold direct to the customer in a face to face or telephone based role. Charismatic and with strong communication skills as well as the ability to close sales you will be looking to join a forward thinking organisation. This role is targeted and so you must be confident in meeting sales targets on a weekly and quarterly basis. Company Profile My client is an Art business with galleries in the South East who sell and curate the art of contemporary Artists. This role is commutable from Windsor, Maidenhead, Slough, Reading and West London.
